1. Delivery Information
We deliver to locations within the United Kingdom. Our goal is to get your spices to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
1.1 Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days.
- Express Delivery: 1-2 working days.
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., public holidays, adverse weather conditions).
1.2 Shipping Costs
- Standard Delivery: £3.99 (free for orders over £50).
- Express Delivery: £7.99.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery option and order size.
1.3 Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
2. Return Policy
At Eternal Seasoning, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product under the following conditions:

- Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be in its original, unopened packaging and in resaleable condition.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
